The Journey of Becoming through Essence, Influence, and Legacy
When your life unravels, it's not always the end — sometimes, it's the invitation. In Crown & Continuum, Legacy Doula Leah Owens takes readers on a deeply personal and profoundly spiritual journey of rediscovering her Essence, redefining her Influence, and rebuilding her Legacy. What began in a hospital bed after a ruptured brain aneurysm became the catalyst for a movement — a movement of Black women returning to their authentic selves, living intentionally, and designing legacies rooted in love, faith, and alignment.
"When you arrive at Legacy, you discover that everything God trusted you with was never yours to own — it was yours to offer back."
