Not at all. We define leadership broadly—anyone who shows up for their life, work, family, or community with intention is leading. Some women who attend are executives and founders; others are navigating big life transitions or simply feel called to a more honest way of living.
Essence Elevated is a three-day immersive conference with deeper coaching, frameworks, and life design work. Sun-Kissed & Sovereign is a single day summer gathering focused on joy, embodiment, and confidence. Many women choose to attend both: Essence Elevated to reset and redesign, and Sun-Kissed & Sovereign to celebrate and embody their next chapter.
Our spaces are intentionally paced with reflection time, small-group connection, and clear facilitation. You will never be forced to share. Many introverted women tell us the structure helped them feel safe, seen, and able to participate in a way that honored their nervous system.
Our team is committed to creating trauma-aware, inclusive spaces for women of diverse identities, bodies, and backgrounds. Venues are chosen with physical accessibility and sensory considerations in mind whenever possible. Before each event, we send a form where you can share access needs, and we’ll be transparent about what we can and can’t accommodate.
